Richard Holland brings over 30 years of results-driven, senior leadership experience in the automotive industry. He is a recognized expert in information technologies and automotive dealership operations and a frequent speaker to national automotive audiences. He was the founder and President of Arkona, a leading Tier 1 dealer management system (DMS), where he led an evolving business. In 2011 Mr. Holland joined MPi as Chief Strategy Officer, then transitioning to President.
Jim Roche is founder and President of Auto Point. He has been developing and delivering technology products to automotive dealers for over 27 years. Prior to founding Auto Point, Roche was CEO of Ocentrix, Inc., a Seattle start-up that developed an ASP-based DMS for dealerships. Prior to Ocentrix, Roche was Vice President of Product Management for Autobytel, Inc., President of Carabunga and Senior Vice President of Operations for Newgen Results Corporation.
While at Newgen, he was part of the team that oversaw Newgen’s explosive growth from 0 to 5,000 dealerships and its successful IPO in 1999. Jim has published numerous articles and is regularly invited to speak publicly regarding CRM for the automotive industry. He currently is on the Advisory Board of Chatmeter.
Chief Technology Officer
George Westwater is the CTO for Auto Point. He has overseen the design and development of the Auto Point platform since its inception. George has a broad professional history in the areas of software development and architecture. Prior to Auto Point, he was Technology Architect for Ad Astra Information Systems. Prior to Ad Astra, Westwater was Lead Software Architect and CTO at TerraForge, Inc., the developer of the Ocentrix Dealership Management System. Ocentrix is an ASP system for managing automotive service, parts and front office functions while supporting factory integration and DCS.
During his tenure at MIR3, George was the Vice President of Engineering who was responsible for all engineering decisions as well as leading a team of engineers. Within MIR3, he remained chief architect of all facets of that company’s marquee communication software suite’s design. In addition to a portfolio of accomplishments while working for companies such as IBM, Cambridge Technology and iXL, he was the principal owner of multiple technology companies.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Auto Point, Randy is focused on business strategy and sales growth of Auto Point’s solutions for the automotive market. A fourteen year automotive technology veteran, Randy has built a career building business value for both privately-funded new ventures and Fortune 500 Companies. For nine years, Randy served in a variety of roles with ADP Dealer Services starting as the head of Strategy for the Division and moving into leadership roles within Sales, Operations, and General Management. Before joining Auto Point, Randy served as the COO of Trilogy Automotive, a provider of technology to automotive manufacturers.
Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an emphasis in Strategy and Finance.
