Service Repair Solutions Announces Acquisition of Auto Point Ownership Lifecycle Management Pioneer to Complement SRS Portfolio

LAS VEGAS, NV. – February 10, 2010 – Service Repair Solutions, Inc. (SRS) ( today announced the acquisition of Auto Point, Inc., the pioneer of Ownership Lifecycle Management Services to automotive retailers. Terms were not disclosed.

SRS will operate Auto Point as a wholly owned subsidiary. Auto Point’s multi-channel communications platform will create new offerings focused on the dealership service department in conjunction with Mobile Productivity Inc. (MPi) industry leading EDGE technology. MPi is an industry leader delivering processes, metrics and software solutions which enable automotive dealerships to achieve World Class™ results in their service departments.
